CHATEAU DES LOGES
Established in 1961, this Beaujolais co-operative has 150 members that make wine from an impressive 450 hectares. You’ll find the crus Brouilly and Fleurie produced here, alongside an excellent Beaujolais Villages. The name Loges, comes from the climat Les Loges which is the hillside behind the Chateau. The hill is topped by the statue of the Madonne des Loges. Whilst they have large resource available they don’t make wine from it all, rather using 25% for under their label selling off the balance in bulk.
